Cast iron gate valves are prone to rusting carbon steel, and the quality of the packing gasket is poor, resulting in serious internal and external leakage. For corrosive media conditions, there is a lack of suitable PN1.0MPa stainless steel gate valves for low-pressure systems in China. Stainless steel gate valves have alternative solutions with higher pressure levels, which not only increases project or project investment, but also causes unnecessary waste of stainless steel materials. ⑤ Develop a PN1.0MPa low-pressure carbon steel gate valve, which can replace iron gate valves and effectively solve the advantages of cast iron gate valve shells that are prone to cracking, falling off, valve stem corrosion, and unreliable sealing performance.

⑥ Develop PN1.0MPa series low-pressure stainless steel gate valves that can be applied to various corrosive media conditions, reducing costs and saving materials.

Z941H-16C Electric Gate Valve Product Usage

Flange connected steel gate valves are suitable for various pipelines with a nominal pressure of PN1.0~16.0MPa, working temperatures of -29~425 ℃ (carbon steel) and -40~200 ℃ (stainless steel), and are used for cutting or connecting pipe media.

By using different materials, it can be applied to media such as water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, strong oxidizing media, and urea, driving manual, bevel gear transmission, and electric.
